Before you browse, buy, or download anything here, please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”). This agreement is between you (“User”, “Customer”) and Resteer John L. Lumbab (operating under the brand name “Handwritium”).
By accessing or using my Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you probably shouldn’t use the website.
1. About the Service
Handwritium is a personal side project and digital storefront focused on selling and distributing digital products. These products include, but are not limited to:
- PLR (Private Label Rights) Ebooks/Content
- MRR (Master Resell Rights) Products
- Public Domain Materials
My goal is to provide you with resources you can read, use, or resell depending on the specific license of the file.
2. Accounts
To access certain products or features, you may need to create an account.
- Keep it Safe: When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. If you use a weak password like “123456” and someone gets in, that is on you.
- Be Honest: Please provide accurate information (email, name) so I can actually deliver your products to you.
- Termination: I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (e.g., if you try to hack the site or commit fraud).
3. Digital Products & Licensing
This is the most important part. Since I sell different types of digital goods, different rules apply to each product.
A. Public Domain Materials These constitute works where the intellectual property rights have expired or been forfeited.
- Your Rights: You can do almost anything with these—copy, edit, sell, or distribute.
- My Rights: I charge for the time, effort, and resources spent finding, formatting, converting, and hosting these files for your convenience.
B. PLR (Private Label Rights) & MRR (Master Resell Rights) These products come with specific licenses.
- Read the License File: Every PLR or MRR product usually comes with a specific license file (PDF or TXT) inside the download. You must obey that file.
- General Rule: If I sell you a PLR ebook, you generally have the right to edit it and put your name on it. If it is MRR, you can resell it but usually cannot change the content.
- Liability: I am a distributor of these materials. I do not claim to be the original author unless explicitly stated. I am not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed within these third-party books.
4. Payments and Billing
- Pricing: Prices are listed clearly on the product pages. I may change prices at any time, but I won’t change the price of a purchase you’ve already made.
5. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Because I am selling digital files (downloads), I generally do not offer refunds.
Once you download a file, you have it forever; there is no way to “return” it to me.
- Exceptions: If a file is corrupted, the download link is broken, or you accidentally bought the same product twice, please contact me. I am a reasonable person and I will help you fix the issue or issue a refund if it’s a genuine error on my end.
6. Intellectual Property
While the products I sell may be PLR or Public Domain, the Handwritium website design and branding are my personal intellectual property.
- You cannot clone my website.
- You cannot copy my branding.
7. Limitation of Liability
I strive to keep this website running smoothly, but I am human and this is a solo operation.
- No Warranties: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. I do not guarantee that the site will be available 100% of the time (servers go down sometimes) or that it is entirely error-free.
- Damages: In no event shall Resteer John L. Lumbab be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or the products sold here.
- Example: If you buy a PLR book on “Health Advice” and it gives you bad advice, I am not liable. You are responsible for vetting the content you use or resell.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of the Philippines.
