Thank you for buying from Handwritium.

I want you to be happy with the digital products you buy here. However, because I sell digital files (like PDFs, Epubs, and Templates) that you download instantly, I cannot offer the same “return” policy as a physical store. Once you download a file, you have it forever, I can’t take it back.

Please read this policy carefully before you buy.

1. General Refund Rule

All sales of digital products are final.

Generally, I do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: You decided you don’t want it after downloading it.
  • You Don’t Like It: The book or product wasn’t what you expected (please read the description carefully before buying!).
  • Lack of Expertise: You bought a PLR template but don’t know how to use the software (e.g., Canva, Word, Photoshop) to edit it.
  • Accidental Purchase: You bought it, downloaded it, and then realized you didn’t mean to.

2. The “Human” Exceptions (When I WILL Refund You)

I am a reasonable person, not a robot. I will happily issue a refund or provide a replacement in these specific situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the same product twice. (e.g., You clicked the button twice and were charged twice).
  • Corrupted / Broken Files: The file you downloaded is broken, won’t open, or is missing content, AND I am unable to fix it or send you a working new copy within 48 hours.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: You bought “Book A” but the download link gave you “Book B.”

3. How to Request a Refund

If you have an issue that falls under the “Human Exceptions” above, please contact me immediately.

  2. Subject Line: Refund Request – [Order ID]
  3. Details: Please explain clearly what went wrong. If the file is broken, a screenshot helps me fix it faster.

Timeframe: You must contact me within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, I assume you are happy with the product, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact me first before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or PayPal.

I am a solo operator trying to build a clean business. If you file a chargeback without talking to me first, it hurts my standing with payment processors. If you have a valid issue, I will fix it or refund you directly, no need to involve the bank.

5. Updates to this Policy

I may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version posted here on the day you make a purchase is the one that applies to you.
